Forgot to put this up.... this is a portrait I did of one of my beautiful co-workers. I've tweaked it since I've given it to her, part of the reason why it's not up here... 'cause I'm -finally- satisfied with it, haha.

But yeah! I love doing these portraits. And such a great person to paint.

Super Aidan

A painting of Mae's son, Aidan that I painted for her! She asked me to dress 'em up like a super hero, so.. hey, here he is? I really like how I did the cape. But it was -really- tough to make up my own lighting using the photo I had.

I used a grid system to get things started and keep everything proportional and correct, then took it away and painted!

Hope she likes it. :)

Happy Valentines Day After!

I usually hate Valentines Day. But I told myself I wasn't gunna feel like crap; i've got a ton of great memories stored in my head. i've got tattoos to remember some of them. So! An hour of fun, and boom.
